You don’t need an independent financial adviser (IFA) to tell you “you can’t have it all.”

Once choices are made, financial or otherwise, there has to be sacrifices. A high-flying career will probably mean that quality time with the family is restricted.

“Not spending enough time with the kids growing up,” is a frequent lament from famous names as they look back.

Money Worries

There are two sorts of money worries.

The first is a genuine financial problem. Perhaps you are attempting to obtain a loan for a house purchase or finding the cash to repay a debt.

The other is just worrying about money. Will I ever be able to afford a mortgage, am I saving enough for the future and will I have enough to live on when I retire?
